Hi everyone. I'm Lauren Thompson, your local Realtor. Today I want to talk to all our potential home buyers out there. So we are seeing an increase in our home supply, which is wonderful. We have more homes on the market than we havehad in the last couple of years, which gives youan opportunity community to maybe get into a property ifyou haven't had the chance to yet. So we are seeing more price reductionsalso, which is something we haven't beenused to the last couple of years. They've kind of just have been flying offthe market over asking multiple offer situation. We are still seeing that in some areas, but for the most part we've slowed downand we are seeing price reductions. So if you've been on the fence as far as buying goes, or if you've been beat out or what not, right now is a wonderful time to buy a house. We do have interest rates on the rise, which I do understand, but the thing is, it's still a great time to buy a property. We're having more inventory, we're having more flexibility with sellers, and so it's agreat time to invest in real estate.
